Gerry Murray

Gerry founded Wide Circle in 2003. He has spent most of his career working with and advising Senior Leaders in a wide range of international organisations. He believes the future of Talent Management lies in the quality of the data that managers have to make informed people decisions about the entire Talent Life Cycle.  

An Irish national, Gerry holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School in the UK, where he specialised in Managerial Psychology, Entrepreneurship and Advanced Market Strategies. He is certified as a Public Trainer for Harrison Talent Solutions, a Trainer of Radical Collaboration, a Master Coach and NLP Trainer, and is a certified Practitioner of Brain and Behaviour Change and Applied Neuroscience. 

He is also a Certified Training Transfer Designer, which ensures that training interventions and skills can be transferred to the workplace. 

As an internationally acclaimed musician he brings his knowledge of performance on the big stage into organisations. 

Gerry hosts the popular podcast Leading People and has a much watched TEDx talk on Adaptive Capacity. 

In his spare time Gerry exercises and practices mindfulness to stay physically and mentally fit. He also likes to cook healthy, nutritious food.
